Your Role
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer , you will translate marketing and business needs into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design dynamic customer journeys, build personalized digital experiences, and implement automation solutions that enhance customer engagement across channels.
In This Role, You Will:
Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud , covering Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Connect, and more.
Develop AMPscript‑based responsive email templates , dynamic content blocks, and Cloud Pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SSJS .
Build and optimize SQL queries , segmentation logic, and automation workflows.
Create and manage customer journeys with strong understanding of Audience Builder and contact data models.
Support marketing teams in executing campaigns, A/B testing, triggered sends, personalization, and production‑ready email deployments.
Integrate SFMC with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs , ensuring seamless data synchronization and automation.
Understand and follow SDLC best practices, support processes, and deployment methodologies.
Provide documentation, perform QA reviews, and ensure platform adherence to security and compliance guidelines.
Conduct end‑user training sessions and assist non‑technical stakeholders in understanding platform capabilities (good-to-have).

Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) .
Expertise in AMPscript , dynamic content, and responsive email template development .
Strong front‑end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript , Cloud Pages development.
Mastery of SQL and strong understanding of SFMC’s Contact & Data Extensions model .
Email Studio (Segmentation, A/B testing, triggering, personalization)
Journey Builder
Automation Studio
Mobile Connect
Personalization Builder
Experience with Server‑Side JavaScript (SSJS) and automated solutions.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across multiple business units.
Experience with REST/SOAP Web Service Integrations (preferred).
Familiarity with broader marketing automation and CRM ecosystems.
SFMC Certification is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
Experience conducting training sessions for marketing or business users.
Exposure to multi‑channel customer engagement programs.
Understanding of marketing data governance and compliance best practices.
