About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact technical projects. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams. You will manage timelines, resources, risks, and communication to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teams
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, and business stakeholders to define requirements and scope
Create project timelines, roadmaps, milestones, sprint plans, and resource allocation strategies
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers
Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams
Ensure efficient execution using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Drive technical discussions and facilitate architecture/design reviews
Track KPIs, OKRs, and project metrics to measure progress
Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership
Manage vendor relationships and external partners as needed
Implement best practices in project governance, documentation, and continuous improvement
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7-10 years as a Technical Project Manager, or equivalent
Strong understanding of SDLC
Experience working closely with Backend, Frontend, Dev Ops, and QA teams
Hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello
Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business teams
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills
Technical background in software engineering or cloud computing
Experience in large-scale digital transformation or cloud migration projects
Certifications:
PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, Agile PM, AWS Cloud Practitioner
Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
Soft Skills
Strong ownership and accountability
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
