Production Control Automation Engineer | 2–5 Years

We are hiring for a Production Control Automation role where your work will directly impact live production environments. This is a high-ownership position focused on improving observability, reliability, and operational efficiency through smart automation.
What you will be doing:

• Designing and developing automation solutions to support production operations

• Building dashboards and UI tools for real-time monitoring and control

• Creating and maintaining functional test frameworks

• Supporting order-sending workflows for pilot trading

• Developing AI/LLM-driven solutions to streamline operational processes

• Enhancing production reliability with robust tooling and automation practices
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, systems thinking, and fast-paced operational environments.
What we are looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or tooling

• Strong proficiency in Python in a Linux-based environment

• Experience with UI/UX frameworks and best practices

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, high-performance environments

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
Nice to have:

• Exposure to Capital Markets or Fund Management

• Knowledge of C++ and kdb+/q

• Experience with CI/CD practices

• Understanding of AI/LLM concepts such as tokenization, prompting strategies, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
