Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled L1 Support Analyst to manage operational support activities across SAP S4
HANA and Ariba modules (Post PO Collaboration, Sourcing, and SLP). The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving transactional and integration issues to ensure seamless procurement and supplier lifecycle processes.
Monitor and Resolve CIG Transaction Failures:
Track and troubleshoot failed transactions (PO, ASN, GRN, Invoice, RFQ) in CIG, including retry actions and RCA/CAPA.
IDoc and XML Issue Resolution:
Analyze and resolve IDoc errors using WE02 and XML transaction issues via .
User Management in Ariba:
Create, deactivate, and manage enterprise users and assign appropriate roles and permissions across Ariba Buyer Network, Sourcing, and SLP.
PO and GRN Output Monitoring:
Monitor PO output in ME23N, re-trigger messages, and resolve failures due to missing enablement dates or configuration issues.
Vendor Data Sync and DRFOUT Handling:
Transmit and verify legacy vendor data sync between SAP and Ariba using DRFOUT and related tools.
Registration Project Support in SLP:
Track registration project status, manage cancellations, re-invitations, and mass delegation of project owners.
Bulk Data Updates and Reporting:
Perform bulk updates (e.g., vendor contact details), generate reports for orders, invoices, deviations, and registration status.
Enablement and Configuration Maintenance:
Maintain condition records in NACE, enablement dates in _VENDOR, and GRN records in _VENDOR.
Supplier Account Troubleshooting:
Resolve issues related to standard vs. enterprise accounts, unlink ANIDs, and verify supplier availability.
Monitoring Tools Usage:
Utilize SM Admin tab, CIG transaction tracker, and for proactive issue tracking and resolution.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
3 –5 years of experience in SAP S4
HANA and Ariba support functions.
Proficiency in IDoc monitoring, XML troubleshooting, and CIG integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SAP Ariba certification or relevant training (preferred).
