Education:
Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
10-16 years
Notice Period:
Immediate Joiners to 30 days
Location:
Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Kolkata
Shift Timings: 2-11 PM IST

We are looking for a skilled Airtable Specialist with strong experience in Airtable database design automation and API integrations The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable solutions using Airtable optimizing workflows and integrating Airtable with external applications
Roles Responsibilities:
Design build and maintain structured Airtable bases and views
Develop and manage Airtable Automations for workflows and alerts
Build advanced formulas rollups and linked records
Integrate Airtable with third party tools Zapier Make n8n Slack Google Workspace etc
Develop and maintain integrations using Airtable API
Ensure data consistency performance optimization and access control
Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize existing workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business processes into Airtable solutions
Implement data validation and error handling rules
Provide documentation and user support when necessary
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience using Airtable in production environments
Strong knowledge of:
Airtable Base Architecture
Automations Scripting
API integration Webhooks
Advanced formulas relational data structures
Working knowledge of REST APIs JSON and webhooks
Understanding of permission structures and access controls
Ability to optimize performance for large datasets
Good to Have
Experience with Airtable scripts
Knowledge of data modelling database concepts
Project documentation experience
Familiarity with BI dashboard tools
