Job Description
Mareana is looking to continue to develop its innovative software platform serving the Life Science market. We are looking for a highly experienced  Senior Project Manager  with  12+ years of experience  in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for  end-to-end project and delivery management , driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage  multiple high-visibility projects  in fast-paced, complex environments while delivering exceptional business value.

What You'll Do
Own  end-to-end delivery  of multiple large and complex projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on  predictable and timely delivery of value
Lead and facilitate project governance including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling
Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Lead, coach, and mentor  cross-functional teams , including Project Managers, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.
Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilisation, quality, and delivery KPIs
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, and drive resolution to maintain delivery momentum
Champion  process improvement initiatives  and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution
Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
12+ years of experience  in software delivery, project management.
Proven experience managing  multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with  senior client executives
Strong background in  delivery management, risk management, quality management, and financial metrics (utilization, margins)
Experience in  regulatory, Pharma and Life science Man, or enterprise systems  is a strong plus
Sufficient technical background to evaluate architectural decisions, delivery risks, and engineering trade-offs
Hands-on experience with tools like  JIRA, Microsoft Project.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-evolving environments while maintaining delivery excellence
