Note:

Candidate must have 8-12 years of work experience in  Banking Operations  (Mortgage/Lending/Cards) with a minimum 5 years' experience in Pre-Sales and Solution Design role.
A Domain expert or SME would be a good fit.

Responsibilities:
Lead FS Pursuits (RFPs/ RFIs):
Conceptualize Digital Solution, Win Themes, Pitches and digital Transformation approach while responding to RFPs/RFIs for  BPM Operations
Strong understanding of Digital Transformation tools/workflow:  Agentic AI/Generative AI/RPA/AI/ML
Participate in digital Scope definition / Due Diligence workshops / Orals with prospective customers.
Conduct process assessment to create digital transformation PoV, roadmap, benefits, commercials
Collaborate & Coordinate with the Sales teams, Account and Delivery Managers, Internal technology teams on the solution.
Prepare and present solution presentations.
Conduct FS Solution Walkthroughs and proposal meetings.
Create Go to Market (GTM) strategy:
Work actively with the sales teams across geographies to identify opportunities proactively and propose winning solutions.
Create collaterals for Financial Services and actively evangelize them with key client staff members and enhance team capabilities.
Open to domestic & international travel at short notice.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited:
End-to-end ownership of pursuits in Retail/Commercial Banking Operations across geographies
Strong understanding of US/UK/APAC banking - Cards/Mortgages/Transaction Accounts/Lending/ Deposits/Payments/Default Management
Knowledge of Platforms and key technologies in the Retail/Commercial Banking
