We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager / Director to lead the strategic direction and execution of our cutting-edge video surveillance portfolio. As a key leader within a pioneering Indian tech company at the forefront of AI-powered video computing, you will shape the future of intelligent surveillance by driving innovation in Video Management Systems (VMS), Video Analytics (VA), and smart security solutions.
Your leadership will be instrumental in transforming raw video data into actionable insights that enhance safety, optimize traffic management, and empower diverse industries. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep domain expertise, a passion for user-centric design, and the ability to scale products across dynamic markets—positioning our platform as a global leader in security technology.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute a long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with emerging global security trends and market demands.
Lead comprehensive market intelligence efforts, including competitive analysis, trend forecasting, and identification of strategic whitespace opportunities.
Own end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring seamless product launches, adoption, and sustained market penetration.
Champion user experience (UX) excellence by simplifying complex video analytics into intuitive, actionable interfaces for diverse user segments.
Serve as the primary product owner across the full lifecycle—from ideation and PRD development to cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
Requirements
Proven experience (7–16 years) in product management within the video surveillance, security technology, or AI-driven SaaS domains.
Deep technical understanding of IP cameras, Video Management Systems (VMS), AI-powered video analytics, and cloud-based video storage architectures.
Demonstrated success in scaling products, leading high-performing product teams, and driving innovation in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in market positioning, value-chain analysis, and strategic product differentiation in competitive technology landscapes.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills.
