Workday Integration Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary
We are seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to design, develop, maintain, and support integrations between Workday and third-party systems. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data exchanges that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Core Connectors
Studio integrations
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with vendors and internal systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, identity management).
Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues; provide ongoing production support.
Collaborate with functional Workday teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
Manage integration security, including Workday security domains, authentication, and data privacy controls.
Document integration designs, configurations, and support procedures.
Participate in Workday releases and regression testing to ensure integrations remain compliant.
Support data loads, conversions, and mass updates as needed.
Follow best practices for integration architecture, error handling, and monitoring.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
Strong experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
Understanding of REST/SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
Experience integrating Workday with payroll providers, benefits vendors, or financial systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
