JD:
Account Manager – C2H (Domestic Staffing)
Role Overview :
Responsible for managing domestic C2H staffing accounts with a balanced focus on 50% client handling and 50% delivery management .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships, requirements, SLAs, and escalations.
Drive account growth, rate negotiations, and conversions.
Lead delivery team to ensure timely and quality closures.
Track submissions, interviews, closures, and team productivity.
Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
6–18 years of experience in domestic IT staffing (C2H) .
Strong client-facing, delivery, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of IT skills, market rates, and hiring trends.
