What You’ll Do
Manage end-user hardware (Mac Books, Chromebooks, printers, mobile devices)
Provision, onboard, and offboard employees
Administer SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, etc.) & access management
Troubleshoot OS, networking, and security issues
Automate workflows using Shell/Python scripting
Support cloud & on-prem infrastructure
Provide onsite IT support (3–4 days/week)
What We’re Looking For
3+ years supporting end users in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of macOS & ChromeOS
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & small office networking
Experience with SSO, identity management & enterprise security tools
Scripting skills (Bash, Zsh, Python) preferred
Strong communication & documentation skills
