About the Role
We are looking for a  Growth Lead  who can drive measurable business outcomes by owning key revenue and growth metrics — including  new user acquisition, retention, and CAC efficiency . The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in high-growth environments (preferably startups), and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth roadmap, using data-driven insights to design and execute strategies that accelerate user and revenue growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver on  growth KPIs  such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and CAC.

Identify, experiment, and scale  growth levers  across channels — digital, app, offline, CRM, and partnerships.

Work closely with  Product and Tech  teams to build and optimise funnels, journeys, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with  Marketing and Operations  to execute campaigns that drive measurable impact on business metrics.

Use  data and analytics  to understand user behaviour, track performance, and inform decision-making.

Drive  cross-functional initiatives , ensuring alignment between teams for growth objectives.

Champion a  test-and-learn culture  through rapid experimentation and iteration.

Take  ownership  of revenue or key growth metrics and report progress regularly to leadership.

Navigate  ambiguity  and prioritise effectively to achieve high-impact outcomes.

Preferred Background

5 - 7 years of experience in  growth, marketing, or business strategy  roles.

Prior experience in  startups , preferably in  D2C, subscription-based, or omni-channel  businesses.

Strong expertise in at least one  core area  such as:

Data & Analytics

CRM & Retention

Digital Marketing

Pricing & Monetisation

Offline Sales or App Growth

Demonstrated ability to  work cross-functionally  and influence without authority.

Proven track record of taking  ownership  and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
