Position: Performance Marketing Specialist  - On Contract (Amazon )
Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale multiple performance marketing channels including Search, Social, and Outbound (Push/Whats App). This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, execution excellence, and creative communication, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across:
Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
Paid Social (Meta, Linked In, Twitter/X, etc.)
Outbound channels (Push Notifications, Whats App)
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to drive performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, conversions, and growth.
Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and recommend optimizations.
Work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and performance measurement across channels.
Quickly ramp up on new platforms, tools, and campaign structures as required.
Operate with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and bias for action.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience managing multiple performance marketing channels simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative mindset with clear and effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience managing large-scale or high-impact performance campaigns.
Exposure to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Experience working in high-growth, tech-driven environments.
