Scrum Master

Job Description:

Lead the enterprise data lake team and align delivery with the Product Owner (US) and data engineers (India).
Drive development of high‑value data use cases and maintain clear communication with global stakeholders.
Guide the team with strong leadership, agility, and openness to business needs.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Ensure reliable sprint commitments by managing capacity, dependencies, and impediment removal.
Track delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability) and enable continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and learning‑focused team culture.

Qualifications:

5+ years as a  Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead  in a multi‑region environment.
Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of data pipelines, ingestion, transformation, cloud data platforms, and  ETL/ELT.
Knowledge of data quality, governance, and validation practices.

Experience with  Azure Dev Ops (ADO).

Working Time:
Shift 2nd 1.00 PM – 10.00 PM
The ideal start date for this position would be 30 days from the offer and will run for 12 months.
