About Spydra Spydra is a blockchain product company building enterprise-grade platforms and solutions across tokenization, digital assets, smart contracts, and Web3 infrastructure. We work with modern blockchain stacks and help enterprises design, build, and scale production-ready decentralized applications and digital asset ecosystems.
We are looking for a Product Manager who can drive end-to-end execution for Web3 products and platforms, working closely with engineering, QA, design, and client stakeholders.
Role Overview The Product Manager will own product planning and execution for a Web3 initiative involving smart contracts, integrations, user workflows, and platform delivery. This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into clear product specifications, manage sprint execution, and ensure the product roadmap is aligned with business and technical priorities.
Key Responsibilities Own product discovery, requirement gathering, and documentation for Web3 products and features
Create PRDs, user stories, feature specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with engineering teams on EVM-based/Web3 product requirements
Define product roadmap, sprint goals, priorities, and release scope
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, client teams, and leadership for alignment
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, review meetings, and release readiness
Ensure clarity on business logic for smart contract flows, wallet journeys, and on-chain/off-chain interactions
Support UAT, release sign-off, and product documentation
Track feature progress, risks, dependencies, and change requests
Help define KPIs, delivery milestones, and product success metrics
Required
Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product management, with at least some experience in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or developer platforms
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile delivery
Familiarity with EVM ecosystems , wallets, smart contract-based applications, and decentralized architectures
Ability to convert complex business requirements into structured product documentation
Experience working with Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence, or similar tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with technical teams and understand engineering trade-offs
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with tokenization, DeFi, L2s, zkSync, digital asset platforms, or Web3 infrastructure
Exposure to blockchain transaction flows, wallet UX, gas fees, smart contract releases, and testnet/mainnet workflows
Experience working with enterprise clients or B2B SaaS products
Understanding of QA/UAT processes and release governance
