HCL Commerce Sr. Support Engineer (Leeds / Singapore / General)
JD: Provides advanced support for HCL Commerce, handling complex issues, performance optimization, and root cause analysis. Works with global clients to ensure platform stability and timely resolution.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of HCL Commerce architecture
Java, JSP, REST APIs
Troubleshooting and debugging skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Strong client communication and documentation
HCL Commerce Support Engineer
JD: Offers technical support for HCL Commerce, focusing on issue diagnosis, resolution, and system health. Collaborates with senior engineers and development teams to support client operations.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of HCL Commerce
Java and web technologies
Log analysis and debugging
Ticketing tools (Service Now, Jira)
Good communication and problem-solving
