· Job Overview:
As a Senior cybersecurity offensive Engineer at Netradyne, you will lead the Advanced Penetration Testing & Red Teaming Lead internal & external penetration tests Execute red team engagements (stealth, multi-stage attacks), & Simulate APT-style campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Advanced Penetration Testing & Red Teaming

· Lead internal & external penetration tests

· Execute red team engagements (stealth, multi-stage attacks)

· Simulate APT-style campaigns

· Perform:

· Network exploitation

· Web app/API testing

· Active Directory attacks

· Cloud compromise simulations

· Phishing campaigns

· Develop custom payloads & bypass EDR/AV controls

· Conduct privilege escalation & lateral movement exercises

2. Cloud & Modern Attack Surface Testing

· Cloud misconfiguration exploitation (IAM abuse, privilege chaining)

· O365/Azure AD attack path testing

· SaaS token abuse simulations

· Container & Kubernetes security testing

· Identity-based attack simulations (OAuth, SSO bypass)
3. Adversary Emulation & Threat Intelligence Integration

· Map testing to:
o MITRE ATT&CK framework

· Emulate real threat actors

· Use threat intel to replicate current TTPs

· Conduct purple team exercises with SOC
4. Tooling & Exploit Development

· Develop custom:
o Scripts (Python, Power Shell, Bash)
o C2 infrastructure
o Exploit Po Cs

· Modify frameworks like:
o Metasploit
o Cobalt Strike
o Sliver

· Automate offensive workflows

· Research 0-day or N-day vulnerabilities

5. Collaboration with SOC / Blue Team
Run purple team sessions

· Help improve:
o SIEM detections
o EDR rules
o Wazuh/Defender alert logic

· Provide IOC and detection guidance

· Validate SOC detection capability

· Validate AI endpoint detection bypass(preferred)

· Simulate LLM abuse(preferred)

· Test DLP bypasses

· Test identity compromise scenarios

Mandatory

Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

· 10+ years of experience in Security(information security ,Cloud Security, VAPT , Offensive PT .Red Teaming & Knowledge of SOC operations and tools.

· Proficiency in [Python, Bash, Powershell].

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred

Skills:

· Prior experience in working with Product or SaaS Companies.

· Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. & Dev Sec Ops

· Basic knowledge of AI ( Gen Ai) LLMs.
