Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) Lead to drive enterprise treasury transformation initiatives.
This role requires deep expertise in SAP TRM, strong consulting experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams across complex SAP landscapes.
You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guide architectural decisions, collaborate with finance stakeholders, and ensure scalable, compliant, and optimized treasury solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as SME for SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
Lead full lifecycle SAP TRM implementations (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Support)
Drive configuration across:
Cash & Liquidity Management
Debt & Investment Management
In-House Cash
Hedge Management
Risk Analytics
Provide advisory on financial modeling and forecasting
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks
Integrate SAP TRM with FI/CO and S/4
HANA Finance
Collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams
Lead consulting teams and mentor junior members
Own solution decisions impacting multiple work streams
Monitor project progress and align with strategic objectives
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices
Must Have Qualifications
12+ years SAP experience with strong focus on SAP FSCM TRM
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP TRM implementations
Strong hands-on configuration experience
Expertise in:
Hedge accounting
Financial instruments & derivatives
Cash position & liquidity forecasting
Risk analytics
Integration experience with SAP FI/CO
Experience in financial modeling & forecasting
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
Consulting background with stakeholder management exposure
Bachelor’s degree (15 years full-time education mandatory)

HANA Treasury implementation experience
Global rollout exposure
Fiori Treasury Apps knowledge
SAP FSCM/TRM certification
IFRS / GAAP hedge accounting experience
Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
