Product Manager - AI/ML
Required Qualifications:
Experience
8–12+ years of product management experience.
Demonstrated ownership of complex platforms or workflow products.
Significant hands-on experience with:
Jira (advanced usage, not basic ticketing)
Capacity-driven roadmaps and delivery planning
Epic and backlog decomposition at scale
Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
Healthcare experience (UM/CM, PHM, payer operations) is strongly preferred, but exceptional AI platform experience may substitute.
AI Product Manager
Skills:
Expert in Jira-based product execution and backlog management.
Strong PRD writing, epic definition, and story decomposition skills.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into shippable product increments.
Strong understanding of:
Agile delivery mechanics
Velocity, capacity, and dependency management
API- and microservices-based architectures
Comfortable working with AI/ML teams without requiring hands-on model development.
