Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Dev Sec Ops  professionals at  Manager and Senior Manager  levels to lead secure Dev Ops transformation initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in CI/CD security, cloud security, infrastructure as code (IaC), container security, and Dev Ops governance frameworks.
Hands-on experience in  Git Ops practices  is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in consulting environments or large enterprise setups, driving secure SDLC implementation, automation, and compliance across cloud-native platforms.
Manager – Dev Sec Ops

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines integrating security controls (SAST, DAST, SCA, Container Scanning).
Embed security practices across SDLC (Shift-Left Security model).
Implement Dev Sec Ops  controls in Azure/AWS/GCP environments.
Automate security testing and vulnerability management workflows.
Manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Cloud Formation).
Implement and manage Git Ops workflows (ArgoCD / Flux / Git-based deployment strategies).
Secure containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/EKS).
Collaborate with development, security, and cloud teams for secure releases.
Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks.
Drive remediation tracking and risk mitigation planning.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops .
Hands-on CI/CD experience (Azure Dev Ops / Git Hub Actions / Jenkins / Git Lab).
Strong knowledge of Git Ops principles and tools.

Experience with container security tools (Aqua, Prisma, Trivy, etc.).
Experience in IaC (Terraform preferred).
Cloud security implementation experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Good understanding of security frameworks and governance.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Senior Manager – Dev Sec Ops

Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide Dev Sec Ops  transformation programs.
Define Dev Sec Ops  strategy, governance model, and operating framework.
Architect secure cloud-native CI/CD ecosystems.
Implement and scale Git Ops-driven deployment models across environments.
Drive automation maturity and security posture improvement initiatives.
Oversee vulnerability management lifecycle and Dev Sec Ops  KPIs.
Lead teams of Dev Ops and security engineers.
Engage with CXOs, CIOs, and CISO stakeholders.
Conduct Dev Sec Ops  maturity assessments and roadmap creation.
Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, RBI/SEBI guidelines if BFSI exposure).
Required Skills
8–12 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Dev Sec Ops .
Strong expertise in cloud-native security architecture.
Deep hands-on exposure to Git Ops implementation erience leading large Dev Sec Ops  transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of container orchestration security (Kubernetes security hardening).
Experience in policy-as-code (OPA/Rego) preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
Dev Ops certifications
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor (Good to have)
