Knowledge Manager - Officer

The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding, information architecture expertise, and change leadership to ensure employees can easily find and use the knowledge they need.

What you will be responsible for
Assist in establishing the Knowledge Management Process;
Provide input on defining the scope of the Knowledge Management Process, and the information that will be categorized as 'Business' or 'IT Knowledge';
Provide input on the evaluation and structuring of knowledge articles
As applicable, validate and qualify the created knowledge articles
Validate the Knowledge Management performance
Validate and provide input on the identified actions for continuous improvement of the Knowledge Management Process.
Reporting all agreed-upon information related to existing and future knowledge articles;
Publishing agreed-upon awareness reports, regarding updates made to knowledge articles, to State Street and other Actors
Leading established review cycle meetings for knowledge articles
Receiving changes to data verification and data validation policies from State Street during steady state, and driving awareness communications
Reporting deviations where knowledge articles and documentation intersect with the agreed-upon review cycle
In collaboration with the State Street Process owner and security Focal, driving and establishing control mechanisms to ensure that there is appropriate availability and access to business-related knowledge;
Tracking and reporting all defined Knowledge Management control policies

Demonstrated ability to think both tactically and strategically.
Proven stakeholder management including with senior leadership.
Strong collaboration skills; ability to listen and understand without interruption and remain calm and composed, especially in stressful situations
Good stakeholder management, able to work well under pressure and deal with demanding stakeholders across the business
Ability to work across countries and regions
Understanding of how cross platform technologies work
Ability and aptitude to pick up new technologies and procedures
Education &
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Bachelor's degree Minimum of 8 or more years of experience in Knowledge Management or ITIL practices
Work Requirement
Four days work from office to support APAC/EMEA shift
