Role Description

We’re looking for a Business Head to take full ownership of strategy, execution, and outcomes.
This role owns the overall P&L, drives growth with omni-channel strategy and technology products,
manages cross-functional teams, and acts as a key interface with investors and the Board.

What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end business strategy and operating plan

• Full P&L ownership: revenue, margins, costs, and cash flows

• Multi-channel P&L strategy across e-commerce marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, own
D2C website, offline / general trade, global exports and international marketplaces

• E-commerce operations: pricing, ads, inventory, unit economics

• Vendor & supply chain management: including China/global sourcing and negotiations

• Financial control: budgets, cash/bank management, payment & payroll approvals

• Investor & Board interface: updates, fundraising support, board meetings

• Technology leadership (functional): manage tech teams/vendors, align product to business goals

• GTM & BD for technology products: early customers, partnerships, distribution

• People leadership: manage and scale cross-functional teams

Who You Are:

• 7–10+ years in consumer brands, marketplaces, or high-growth startups; big plus if you’re an exentrepreneur/
operator of consumer brand(s)

• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations, consumer P&L

• Commercially sharp, data-driven, and execution-focused

• Comfortable managing ambiguity and building from 0→1 and 1→10

• Functional understanding of tech and product development

• Experienced people manager across multiple functions

• Street-smart, high integrity, and founder-mindset
