About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Business Data Analyst to drive revenue growth and commercial strategy through advanced analytics. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, optimize performance, and enable data-driven decision-making at a strategic level.
This is not just a reporting role — we are seeking someone who can translate complex business challenges into actionable insights using statistical and predictive techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by leveraging data-driven insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and statistical models.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance gaps.
Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate business hypotheses.
Develop predictive models to support pricing, segmentation, demand forecasting, and campaign optimization.
Define, track, and refine KPIs aligned with strategic initiatives.
Build automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Drive data governance best practices and improve analytics processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Sales Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience in:
SQL (complex queries, CTEs, joins, window functions)
Python (pandas, Num Py, sklearn or similar libraries)
Experience conducting statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / similar).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Spark, Databricks, or Big Data environments.
Exposure to Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, or similar marketing platforms.
Experience in pricing analytics or commercial strategy.
Exposure to Pharma, Biopharma, Healthcare, or Scientific/Industrial domains.

Ability to communicate complex analytics to executive leadership.
Experience working in cross-functional global environments.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
