We are seeking a skilled  Data Engineer  to design, build and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports research, machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives. This role plays a critical part in enabling reliable, high-performance data systems for data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data engineering, experience working with large datasets and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build and manage scalable ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data
Develop and optimize data storage, retrieval and processing systems
Automate data ingestion from APIs, external data providers, and internal systems
Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring and version control mechanisms
Collaborate with machine learning engineers and researchers to deliver clean, well-documented and queryable datasets
Optimize performance and reliability of data infrastructure for analytics and experimentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience building and maintaining production data pipelines
Proficiency in Python and SQL

Experience with data processing frameworks such as Airflow, Spark, or Flink
Familiarity with cloud storage and data lake technologies (e.g., S3, Delta, Iceberg)

Experience with financial or time-series data is an advantage
Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
