Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Processing:
Gather, clean, and structure data from
multiple sources for accurate analysis.

• Reporting & Dashboard Creation:
Develop reports and dashboards using
Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools for business performance tracking.

• Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations to
provide actionable business insights.

• Performance Tracking:
Measure and track key business KPIs, providing
regular updates to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales,
Operations, Finance) to support data-driven decision-making.

• Automation & Optimization:
Assist in automating reports and workflows
to enhance efficiency.

• Documentation:
Maintain clear documentation of data processes,
ensuring consistency and transparency.

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Previous

Experience:

Proven experience in a data analysis role,
preferably in a similar industry.

• Excel & Google Sheets Expertise:
Strong command over formulas, pivot
tables, data validation, and automation.

• Data Visualization:
Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google
Data Studio is a plus.

• SQL & Database Knowledge:
Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction
and querying is preferred.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving

Skills:

Ability to derive insights from data and
present them effectively.

• Attention to Detail:
Accuracy in handling large datasets and reporting.

• Communication & Presentation

Skills:

Ability to convey complex data
