Role Brief:
As an SEO/GEO Senior Lead, you will be the strategic architect behind our organic growth engine.
You will help increase online authority for Tiger Analytics as well as drive revenue by developing inbound lead generation programs. Your mission is to leverage deep technical expertise and content strategy to improve the search visibility, authority, and reputation of our key digital properties.
To be successful in this role you should possess:
● Strategic Planning:
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEO/GEO roadmaps, including technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-engine specific strategies that align with high-level business goals.
● Technical Excellence:
Lead site audits, oversee migrations, and manage site architectures.
● Content & Keyword Strategy:
Develop business-specific keyword universes. Orchestrate the creation of high-impact content, including blogs, whitepapers, microsites, and pillar pages that capture intent at every stage of the funnel.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with marketing communications, delivery, sales, design, and engineering teams.
● Sales Support:
Potentially assist sales teams during large bids by providing organic competitive intelligence and creating proposal-specific insights that demonstrate our market authority.
● Link Building & PR:
Execute high-quality backlink strategies through digital PR, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships to boost domain authority.
● Reporting:
Measure and report SEO/GEO performance (traffic, conversions, and share of voice) to key stakeholders using tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SEMRush/Ahrefs.
Must haves:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in SEO
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple
priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
