Role Overview
We are seeking a  Technical Lead – AI Application Implementation  to drive the successful deployment of Mareana’s AI-based enterprise applications across global pharmaceutical clients.
This role requires a strong blend of  technical depth, architectural thinking, client-facing capability, and cross-functional leadership . The candidate will lead implementation programs, translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, and ensure high-quality, compliant deployments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Solution Design
Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-driven enterprise applications.
Define system design, data models, integration strategy, and performance optimization frameworks.
Ensure best practices in Python development, SQL optimization, and AI model integration.
Conduct technical reviews and enforce coding and Implementation standards.

2. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary technical interface for clients.
Lead solution walkthroughs, requirement clarification sessions, and technical discussions.
Manage expectation alignment across business, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
Provide periodic updates on technical progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

3. Multi-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, QA, and Dev Ops teams.
Drive planning and implementation tracking.
Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure seamless integration between internal product teams and client IT teams.

4. Compliance & Quality (Nice to Have – Strong Advantage)
Exposure to Pharma Manufacturing processes.
Understanding of:
Computer System Validation (CSV)
21 CFR Part 11 compliance
GxP environment
Quality and compliance frameworks
Support documentation for validation, audits, and regulatory reviews.

Core Technical Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in  Python
Advanced SQL (complex joins, performance tuning, query optimization)
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals
Data modeling and database design
REST API integrations (preferred)
Experience working with enterprise-scale datasets

Preferred Industry Experience
Experience working with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
Exposure to manufacturing data systems (ERP, MES, LIMS preferred).
Understanding of digital transformation programs in regulated industries.
