Mandatory Skills – Service Now ITOM Architect
8+ years of experience on the Service Now platform
5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Service Now ITOM
Expertise in Discovery (Cloud & Infrastructure) and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of CMDB, IRE, CSDM, and data governance
Experience in Event Management & AIOps
Strong understanding of MID Server architecture (HA, DR, scaling)
Experience designing enterprise-scale ITOM implementations
Ability to create HLDs and future-state architecture designs
