Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time SEO Specialist who can independently handle:
On-page SEO
Off-page SEO
Technical SEO
Word Press optimization
Website structure improvements
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization for AI-driven search)

This is not a basic backlink-building role.
We need someone who understands search deeply and can drive ranking growth strategically.

Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO
Keyword research and intent mapping
Content optimization
Internal linking strategy
Meta structure, schema, structured data
SEO-friendly content briefs

Technical SEO
Site audits
Fix crawl errors
Improve Core Web Vitals
Indexing issues
Canonicals, redirects
XML sitemaps
Robots.txt optimization

Off-Page SEO
High-quality backlink strategy
Outreach
Authority building
Competitor backlink analysis

Word Press & Website Optimization
Work with Word Press backend
Install and configure SEO plugins (Rank Math / Yoast)
Improve site structure
Optimize speed
Page edits when required
Work on developing Word Press websites
Understand Elementor or similar builders

AEO & GEO
Optimize content for featured snippets
Structure content for voice search
Optimize for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Google SGE, Perplexity)
Build content structured for generative AI visibility

Required Skills
2+ years hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of search intent & content mapping

Experience with tools like:
Google Search Console
GA4
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Screaming Frog
Page Speed Insights
Word Press experience mandatory
Understanding of structured data & schema
Ability to audit and fix technical SEO issues
