Job Title - Senior SailPoint IDN/ISC Engineer
Location - India (Bengaluru preferred) – Hybrid or Onsite (Night shift aligned to CST hours required)
Role Type - Contract to Hire (3–6 month contract with strong potential for conversion)
Must Have
Skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience in IGA/IAM operations and support, specifically with SailPoint Identity Now (IDN) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Strong operational expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, compliance, and access review campaigns (including SoD and remediation workflows)
Proven experience in troubleshooting connectors, APIs, and synchronization issues in hybrid environments
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Scripting proficiency (Power Shell or Python) for automation, reporting, and operational efficiency
Responsibilities and Job Details:
Provide day-to-day operational support within a SailPoint IDN/ISC environment
Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications
Lead and support access certification campaigns, SoD reviews, and remediation workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve application onboarding and connector integration issues
Diagnose and remediate API and synchronization failures across hybrid identity environments
Develop and maintain operational documentation, including runbooks and SOPs
Automate recurring operational tasks using Power Shell or Python scripting
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and governance standards
Support AD, Azure AD, SSO, and authentication integrations
Deliver strong customer-focused support within a shift-based model aligned to US business hours
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and responsiveness
