As a Technical Lead, you will:
Architect and implement GenAI-powered applications using the latest AI models and frameworks.
Drive innovation by building scalable, production-grade AI systems from the ground up.
Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Stay ahead of the curve in LLM advancements, prompt engineering, and guardrail development for responsible AI deployment.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and NLP.
Proven expertise in Python, LLM development, and agent-based AI systems.
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Lang Graph, Llama Index, MCP).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
Deep understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and data pipeline development.
Proficiency in generative modeling (GANs, VAEs, Transformers).
Strong skills in prompt engineering and LLM guardrail implementation.
Experience integrating RDBMS, No
SQL (Mark Logic), and Elasticsearch.
Preferably from a Pharma R&D background.
Passion for mentoring and staying updated with the latest in GenAI and LLM technologies.
