Role Overview :

Ctruh is looking for a technically sharp AI Product Manager who can sit at the intersection of deep AI/ML knowledge, hands-on engineering, and product vision. You will own the product roadmap for our AI-powered 3D and spatial computing platform - defining, shipping, and iterating on features that leverage LLMs, computer vision, generative AI, and real-time inference to create transformative user experiences.

This is not a checkbox-driven PM role. You will write code, prototype AI integrations, and dig into model outputs side-by-side with engineers. You care deeply about craft, speed, and impact.

What You’ll Build:

AI Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and own the product vision for AI features across the Ctruh platform - from generative 3D to intelligent asset processing
Translate complex AI capabilities (LLMs, diffusion models, vision models) into intuitive product features with clear user value
Write detailed PRDs with model behavior specs, evaluation criteria, and fallback strategies
Prioritize AI initiatives by technical feasibility, latency constraints, and business impact
Drive quarterly AI roadmap planning and coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering and design

Hands-On AI Prototyping & Development

Write Python/JavaScript code to prototype AI-powered features, run experiments, and validate ideas before full engineering investment
Integrate and evaluate AI APIs:
OpenAI, Anthropic, Replicate, Hugging Face, Stability AI, and custom model endpoints
Build proof-of-concept pipelines for generative 3D, text-to-texture, AI-based asset optimization, and scene understanding
Write and maintain prompt engineering libraries; design and run systematic prompt evals
Use notebooks and scripting to analyze model outputs, error patterns, and quality metrics

AI Feature Delivery & Quality

Define evaluation frameworks for AI features: accuracy benchmarks, latency SLAs, hallucination rates, and regression suites
Partner closely with ML engineers to shape model fine-tuning goals and training data strategies
Establish feedback loops from production AI outputs to continuously improve model quality
Design A/B experiments for AI feature rollouts and analyze results with statistical rigor
Own incident response for AI-related product issues — diagnose root causes and drive resolution

User Research & Product Insights

Conduct user interviews and usability sessions to understand pain points in AI-assisted 3D workflows
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable product insights
Define success metrics for AI features: task completion rates, user trust scores, engagement lift
Collaborate with design to craft AI-native UX patterns that handle uncertainty, errors, and loading states gracefully
Champion user privacy and responsible AI principles throughout the product lifecycle

Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as the connective tissue between research, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
Communicate AI capabilities and limitations clearly to non-technical stakeholders and customers
Drive launch readiness: documentation, support enablement, and customer education for AI features
Represent AI product strategy in investor, partner, and customer conversations
