Project Manager- AI -CTC LPA

Position: Project Manager- AI -CTC upto 35 LPA
Location: Bengaluru

The person in this role is expected to look externally to identify best-in-class delivery models, understand complex customer requirements, and drive multiple projects that improve customer experience and business outcomes. The SPM will play a pivotal role in managing AI-integrated product deliveries, working alongside engineering and design teams, and ensuring that the final solutions meet client expectations and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise project delivery with a focus on AI-based product implementations.
- Serve as the key point of contact for customer communication, ensuring expectations are well managed and consistently met.
- Lead customer onboarding, requirement gathering, and post-go-live support for Indian enterprise clients.
- Drive project governance – timelines, scope, risk management, resource planning, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure business goals align with client outcomes.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for future product enhancements.
- Work closely with product and engineering on delivery roadmaps and agile execution.
- Facilitate delivery of scalable, repeatable, and quality solutions within defined time and budget.
- Ensure high standards of compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

- 6-10 years of project/program management experience in technology product companies.
- Proven experience handling enterprise-level Indian customers, understanding their business culture and delivery expectations.
- Strong exposure to AI/ML-based product implementations or integrations.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage large-scale project delivery.
- Skilled in using tools like JIRA, Asana, or MS Project to drive delivery metrics and transparency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and balancing strategic thinking with execution.
