Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Analyst with 2–3 years of experience who will take ownership of marketing analytics, revenue operations (Rev Ops), and LMS management.
This role goes beyond campaign support — you’ll be responsible for analyzing performance, building dashboards, optimizing marketing funnels, supporting sales alignment, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing technology systems. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Build, maintain, and optimize marketing dashboards (campaign performance, funnel metrics, CAC, ROI, attribution).
- Analyze performance marketing campaigns across paid ads, SEO, email, and social.
- Track MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue conversion metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage reporting cadence for leadership and stakeholders.
Revenue Operations (Rev Ops)
- Align marketing and sales data to ensure accurate funnel tracking.
- Manage CRM workflows, lead scoring, automation flows, and pipeline hygiene.
- Improve attribution models and campaign tracking frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales to optimize lead handoffs and improve conversion rates.
- Support forecasting and revenue performance analysis.
LMS & Marketing Tech Management
- Manage and optimize the company’s LMS (content uploads, tracking usage, reporting engagement).
- Track course participation, certifications, and customer engagement metrics.
- Ensure LMS integrates smoothly with CRM and marketing systems.
- Maintain and improve marketing tech stack efficiency.
Research & Strategic Support
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
- Support buyer persona refinement using behavioral and performance data.
- Identify opportunities for growth across channels using data insights.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Rev Ops, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in dashboards and reporting.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and data-driven in decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Tools You May Have Worked With
- CRM:
Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Analytics:
Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel
- SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs
- LMS platforms
- Automation tools and reporting systems
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Exposure to fuel, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Experience building attribution models.
- Understanding of ABM strategy and execution.
