Conduct process mapping and gap analysis between Ashrust & Perkins Coie Environment
Support design documentation and assist technical teams with clarifications
Facilitate workshops and ensure accurate traceability of decisions
prepare inputs for architectural design Phase
BA activities:
-identity what distribution lists will need to be created for day 1
-requirement gathering for the Tech Foundations work streams (M365 multi-tenant org, email domain, SSO for priority apps, linking of identities)
-analysis of the implications of a change to the user primary name with the change of email address – what applications in PC and Ashurst will be impacted by this?
