Corporate ERP Specialist, Bangalore, India
New Cold – Advanced Cold Logistics is expanding! As we continue our rapid global growth, we’re looking for a talented Corporate ERP Specialist to join our dynamic ERP team and help strengthen our Net Suite capabilities across the organization.
About the Role
As a Corporate ERP Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Oracle Net Suite environment. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support global users, enhance processes, and contribute to new implementations across our fast‑growing operations.
Main TASKS and DUTIES:
The corporate ERP Specialist will be part of the New Cold Net Suite Team, contributing to the rapid growth our dynamic internal organization is facing.
- Support in managing the Oracle Net Suite platform and act as subject matter expert for all relevant Net Suite features
- Work cross-functionally with various departments & end users to ensure best practices for the system
- Identify and support in optimizations of Business Processes
- Take part in implementations of required additional localizations
- (Support in) migrating acquired companies from local ERP to Net Suite
- Manage day to day Net Suite queries including induction/training, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform and create Net Suite customizations, workflows, and reports
- Support in central master data management
- Ensure Net Suite data integrity
- (Support in) Managing setting up of integrations with external applications
- Manage configuration changes to existing reports, fields, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, records, and searches
- Review and maintain user roles and dashboards
- Making (end User) Manuals and taking part in new user training
- Collaborate intensively with internal and external Net Suite subject matter experts
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information management or equivalent
- Advanced training in IT / ERP application management (preferred)
Experience:
- 3+ years working with Net Suite ERP
- Experience in UAT, technical training, or technical support
- Prior experience using Net Suite (must) in a similar role
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Net Suite financial modules & SRP features
- Deep understanding of Workflows
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Fluent in English

Must be open to occasional international travel (1–2 weeks)
