Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage CI classes, attributes, relationships, and lifecycle states in CMDB.
- Perform CMDB clean-up (update CIs, owners, resolve duplicates, stale data).
- Troubleshoot Discovery, ACC, and Integration Hub data ingestion issues.
- Enforce CMDB governance, naming standards, and reconciliation policies.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CMDB health and data quality.
