As Lead Product Designer – UI/UX, you will own the design of key product areas, ensuring high-quality user experiences and visual consistency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the evolution of our design systems and user research practices.
Tasks:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web-based applications.
- Translate functional requirements into user-centered visual designs.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems aligned with brand identity.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility.
- Create and iterate on prototypes and wireframes using Figma/Sketch.
- Contribute to product discovery and development phases with a strong UX perspective.
- Stay informed on market trends and apply design thinking to improve user experiences.
Professional Requirements and Expertise:
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related design discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impact on user experience and visual design.
- Experience with design systems, prototyping, and user research.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with customer needs, user-centered design, and logistics-related products is a plus.
- Degree in a relevant design field preferred.
