You will lead a high-performing team of curriculum planners to architect, design, and deploy world-class learning pathways, ranging from block-based logic to advanced Python and Computer Vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Visionary Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of curriculum specialists, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality pedagogical content.

Curriculum Architecture:
Design and review comprehensive textbooks, workbooks, and digital resources that make coding intuitive and fun.

R&D &

Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in EdTech, AI, and software development to keep the syllabus cutting-edge.

Competitive Edge:
Conceptualize and lead training bootcamps to prepare students for national and international coding Olympiads and hackathons.

Cross-Functional Training:
Design and conduct immersive workshops for educators to elevate their technical delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

Academic Background: B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

Technical Mastery:

- Expert-level proficiency in Python.
- Proven experience in Game Development and Advanced OpenCV projects.
- A strong portfolio of projects involving Image Processing or AI.

Leadership Track Record: 3 - 5 years of experience managing teams, preferably in an EdTech or academic product environment.

Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical jargon for younger audiences.

Competitive Spirit: A history of participation in coding competitions/Hackathons.
