Service Now IRM Developer
Involve in requirement gathering and technical design preparation
Expert on Creation and configuration of business rules, UI policies, UI action, client scripts, script includes, ACLs, Reports, Transform maps, Workflows and Flow designer
Perform technical validation to ensure business needs are achieved and recommend improvements or changes to technical designs
Comprehensive understanding and working experience with Service Now IRM and interfaces/integration with other applications
Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages:
JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML, Jelly
Suggest continuous improvements, enhancements to the technical architecture as required
Lead engagements as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Service Now platform
Experience of working on multiple integrations/eBonding with other ITSM/Non ITSM tools using different solutions
Migration of configuration changes from one environment to other
