Senior Security Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

BD Technology Campus India is expanding our Cybersecurity team, and we are looking for an experienced  Endpoint Security Engineer  to strengthen our global security operations.
This is a  senior‑level role (10-14 years)  responsible for leading enterprise‑wide endpoint protection, managing next‑gen EDR platforms, and driving threat detection excellence across BD.
✨ What You Will Do
As an Endpoint Security Engineer, you will:
Serve as the  technical owner & SME  for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), Trellix HX, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) & future EDR tools
Develop & maintain endpoint security baselines for Windows, macOS & Linux
Integrate endpoint telemetry with  Microsoft Sentinel  & SOAR platforms
Build & tune advanced EDR analytics aligned to  MITRE ATT&CK
Lead endpoint‑related incident response with SOC teams
Support compliance frameworks:  NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, CMMC, ISO
Automate using  Power Shell / Python
Mentor junior engineers & collaborate across Threat Ops, ASM & Infra teams
What We’re Looking For
✔  10- 14 years  in Security Engineering / Endpoint Security / Threat Detection
✔ Hands‑on with  MDE, Trellix HX, SEP
✔ Strong experience with EDR tuning, IOC management & behavioral detection
✔ Proficiency in  Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, Azure Security Stack
✔ Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK & cybersecurity frameworks
✔ Ability to lead complex enterprise‑scale security initiatives
✔ Excellent communication, collaboration & documentation skills
Preferred

Certifications:

CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, CEH, Microsoft Defender XDR / Azure Security Engineer
