Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end product design across research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Design engaging, gamified user journeys across discovery, gameplay, rewards, onboarding, and re-engagement loops.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and data teams to ship scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Create interactive prototypes and polished mobile-first interfaces while contributing to a scalable design system.
• Conduct usability testing, A/B experiments, and research synthesis to validate and refine design decisions.
