EPM Planning Cloud SME

Role Requirements:

• Experience working at least two (2) large full life-cycle implementation using Oracle Planning Cloud (EPBCS) and that includes Financial, Workforce, Capex and Projects planning

• Configure, Develop Planning applications:
o including Dimensions, hierarchies, metadata management, and security (roles/groups)
o Forms, dashboards, business rules (Calc Scripts/Groovy), approvals, and task lists.

• Build and enhance planning processes such as:
Annual Budgeting, Rolling Forecast, Long Range Plan, scenario, and version management.

• Develop and optimize:
Calculation logic, aggregation strategies, and performance tuning.

• Data validation rules, smart lists, substitution variables, and planning configurations.

• Experience working Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS)

• Excellent communication and core consulting skills

• Excellent functional knowledge of FP&A process

• Good knowledge on EPM cross-modules that includes Consolidation Cloud, Account Reconciliation Cloud, Narrative Reporting and Data Management

• Prior experience in Oracle Planning and Essbase necessary

• Ability to work across Oracle Cloud team (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) and manage internal and external data/metadata interfaces

• Experienced in working with or in an accounting, finance or budgeting functions
