We are seeking for Customer Success Engineers to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka . This full-time role is the crucial link between providing effective technical support and fostering strong customer relationships .

Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing first-level technical support for Microsoft Office tools, SQL Server , and basic networking/internet issues.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting user onboarding, and providing tailored technical solutions.
Documenting support issues and resolutions accurately.
Technical
Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
Understanding of Networking fundamentals
Proficiency in Internet troubleshooting
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
