Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  WFS Technical & Functional Consultant  with strong expertise in  Workforce Software (WFS)  solutions. The ideal candidate must be  certified in PT102 (Configuration)  and  PT103 (Integrations)  and possess hands-on experience in WFS configuration, system integrations, payroll interfaces, and AMS support.

The role involves working on  end-to-end implementations , managing  HR imports and payroll exports , resolving complex client issues, and supporting both  implementation and AMS projects . The candidate should be capable of handling technical challenges independently while collaborating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure WFS solutions based on business requirements
Participate in end-to-end WFS implementations, including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment
Provide AMS support including incident management, issue resolution, and system enhancements
Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional issues raised by clients within defined SLAs
Handle HR imports, payroll exports, and custom integrations between WFS and external systems
Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to configurations, customizations, and integrations
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to WFS
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues
Ensure adherence to WFS best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
Participate in client discussions, providing technical guidance and solution recommendations

Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Certifications
WFS PT102 – Configuration Certification
WFS PT103 – Integration Certification

Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of WFS architecture, concepts, and business processes
Hands-on experience in:
WFS configuration and customization
Workforce scheduling
Time & Attendance modules
Experience working on integrations between:
HR systems to WFS
WFS to Payroll systems
Proven experience in both  implementation  and  AMS support  projects
