Service Now Developer-(CSM& FSM) HCLTech

Role Overview :  HCLTech is seeking a forward-thinking Service Now AI & CSM/FSM Specialist to lead the design and implementation , AI-powered solutions across various Service Now workflows. This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Now Assist, and Integration Hub to build autonomous, scalable, and user-centric enterprise experiences

Key Responsibilities:

HAnds on experience developing and configuring CSM & FSM application.
Design and build custom applications using App Engine Studio and Scoped Applications.
Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, RPA Hub, and Integration Hub.
Integrate  Now Assist  and  Generative AI  to enhance user interactions and automate content generation.
Build intelligent, autonomous workflows using  Agentic AI  principles and Service Now's AI capabilities.
Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support pre-sales activities by creating PoCs, demos, and technical documentation.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of custom applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and post-deployment.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience with Service Now development, including App Engine and Automation Engine.
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)  preferred.
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist –  CSM& FSM .

Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI tools.
Understanding of Agentic AI and its application in building autonomous enterprise workflows.
