Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now QA Automation Tester with strong expertise in Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF), IRM/GRC modules, automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress), and integration testing. The role requires deep hands-on automation testing experience with minimal manual testing.
You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment to design, automate, and execute test cases ensuring quality delivery of Service Now applications, modules, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Service Now ATF.
- Automate functional, regression, and integration testing for Service Now IRM/GRC modules.
- Perform integration & API automation testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI.
- Implement UI/functional automation testing with Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Validate Service Now configurations, workflows, scripts, and business rules through automation.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify, log, and resolve defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure automation testing aligns with sprint cycles.
- Ensure QA processes align with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
- Provide detailed automated test execution reports to project managers and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- QA/testing experience, with strong automation testing background.
- Proven expertise in Service Now ATF automation.
- Strong knowledge of IRM/GRC modules in Service Now.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools:
Selenium, Cypress.
- Experience in API automation testing (Postman, SoapUI).
- Proficiency in JavaScript for automation validation within Service Now.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL framework.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver in fast-paced Agile environments.
Must: IRM And QA experience is mandatory
