Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer at Ecorework in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, system administration, and help desk support.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Hands on experience of OKTA, OAuth, SAML
Workflow automation using OKTA, SAML, and Ticketing tool.
Information Technology and System Administration skills
Help Desk Support experience
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred candidate profile
Has experience in OKTA and JAMF
Has experience in GSuite and MacOS, Fresh Service Ticketing tool.
Hunger to learn, Figuring it out attitude
Problem-solving ability, ability to work with management
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
