Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Pharma Analytics
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design and build robust data pipelines and curated data views that enable high-quality inputs for the reporting needs. You will work with a variety of business teams, leveraging your knowledge of databricks, SQL and BI to ensure that data is accurate, reliable and ready for reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
.Design, develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

.Webhooks, Data Cleansing, Data Validation, Automation Testing,
.GenAI Tools, Prompt Usage, Model Evaluation Support,
.Documentation
.Troubleshooting and optimizing Power BI solutions.
.Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
.Ensure data quality, validation and transformation logic aligns with business rules and reporting standards.
.Document processes, workflows and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
.BE/B
- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA
.Databricks, Power BI certifications is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
.Relevant years of experience as a Data Analyst / Engineer.
.Strong expertise in Python/PySpark for data engineering tasks.
.Proficient in Python & advance SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
.

Experience with Power BI data modelling, Power Query (M) and DAX.
.Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and ETL best practices.
.Experience in handling large datasets and building scalable pipelines.
.Strong communication skills and ability to engage with healthcare finance business stakeholders.
