About Position

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Web Analyst to lead the end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

What You'll Do:

Tracking & Analytics
Design and implement a robust tracking and measurement plan aligned with platform architecture and business goals.
Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using  Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and One Trust Consent Platform .
Define and implement event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
Build custom Mixpanel dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.
Track critical user behaviors including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points.
Optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels.
Implement A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance performance.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure tracking accuracy through testing and debugging of event implementations.
Validate data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
Build real-time reporting dashboards in Mixpanel.
Stay current with privacy regulations and ensure compliance via cookie consent management using One Trust.
Collaboration
Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of tracking scripts.
Work closely with the Web Lead (PM) to integrate analytics into the development roadmap.
Collaborate with UX and marketing teams to provide insights into user behaviour and engagement patterns.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms (e.g., One Trust).
Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
Familiarity with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking and data collection.
Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience building real-time dashboards and custom reports.
Ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
